Looking for social justice

Think of what you did yesterday. Where were the examples of social justice? It is rare and usually absent in people’s behaviours or the practical and material aspects. This can also be the case in the humanitarian sector unless there is an emergency or crisis.

Occasionally, we will contribute to a cause or volunteer for charity. Then the feeling and spirit of justice continues for a few hours and perhaps days.

Only a few of us will live and work for social justice all the time. What can the rest of us do to contribute to the greater good? It’s our obligation.

Why not start by asking ourselves these questions at key moments and at the end of the day?

What is my learning?
What more can I do?
